Existing survey data is released to the Downloads area of your account immediately after payment. If you requested a survey, we deliver the files within 2 to 5 working days of the site visit. Files remain available for one year.

PDF for printing and planning submissions, and DXF for CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp and Vectorworks.

Use the Request button on the search result. We will send a fixed quotation that includes the site visit, the measured building survey and the production of plans and elevations.

It depends on the size and complexity of the building and on what drawings you need, so every new survey is quoted individually. Buying existing drawings is always cheaper than a new visit, which is why we ask you to search first.

We are based in Hayes, West London, and regularly survey across Hillingdon, Ealing, Hounslow, Harrow, Slough and the wider London area. Ask for a quote for anywhere else in the UK; approved vendors can also list surveys nationwide.

Yes. The drawings are produced from a measured survey at a stated scale, which is what local planning authorities require for existing plans and elevations.
