Timescale
Existing survey data is released to the Downloads area of your account immediately after payment. If you requested a new survey, we deliver the files to the same area within 2 to 5 working days of the site visit. Files remain available for one year. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding English bank holidays. We will email you at the address on your account when the files are ready.
How to download
Log in at My account and open the Downloads section. Files are supplied as PDF and/or DXF as described in the listing. Download access lasts one year from the date the files are released. Please save a copy locally.
Problems
If you have not received a download notification within 5 working days, or a file will not open, email info@surway.co.uk with your order number and we will resolve it or re-issue the file.
New survey requests
Where a survey has to be carried out, the delivery timescale is stated in your quotation and depends on site access. It is not covered by the 2 to 5 working day timescale above.
