Sell your existing survey data on Surway
If you are a surveyor, architectural practice or survey company, you already hold measured survey drawings from finished jobs. On Surway those drawings keep earning: when the next owner, neighbour or designer needs plans of that property, they buy your drawings instead of paying for a new site visit, and you receive 70% of every sale.
How it works
What you can list
Measured survey drawings of UK properties: floor plans, elevations, sections, roof and site plans. Files are supplied as PDF and as DXF or DWG so the buyer’s designer can work from them. Every listing carries the Surway sheet and licence, not your title block, so buyers deal with Surway and your practice is not contacted about a job you finished years ago.
What you must be able to confirm
- You own the copyright in the drawings, or your client has given written permission for them to be sold.
- The drawings contain no personal details: title blocks and notes are checked before upload.
- The survey data is yours to license exclusively through Surway for the agreement term.
The full terms are in the seller listing agreement, including the rights warranty, the 70% share, how removal requests are handled and how disputes are resolved.
What buyers see
A listing shows the address, the specification you entered, a watermarked preview of the sheet and the price. The original files are never visible before purchase and are released to the buyer’s account only after payment. Your name and company are not shown.
Survey requests in your area
When a buyer searches a postcode with no data, they can request a new survey. Surway quotes and books it, and passes suitable jobs to approved providers covering that area. Tell us the areas you cover when you register.
