How Surway works – from postcode search to downloaded plans

Surway is a measured survey marketplace. You search a UK address; if measured survey data already exists you buy the existing plans and elevations, and if it does not you request a new measured building survey and receive a fixed quote. Both paths end the same way: secure card payment and a PDF + DXF download in your account.

Step by step

1. Search. Type your postcode on the homepage, pick it from the list and add the house number or name.

2. Availability. We check our listings instantly. You will see either “Survey data available” with a Buy button, nearby properties in the same postcode, or a Request button.

3. Login. Create a free account or log in. Your purchases, quotes and downloads all live in My account.

4a. Buy an existing survey. Add the listing to your basket and check out. Files are released to the Downloads area of your account immediately after payment. If you requested a survey, we deliver the files within 2 to 5 working days, and they remain available for one year.

4b–4d. Request, quote, accept. If nothing is listed, send a request from the search result. We reply with a fixed quotation that includes the site visit. When you accept, we book the survey and produce the drawings.

5. Pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe. North Home Design Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

6. Download. Your plans and elevations (PDF + DXF) appear under Downloads in your account, with access for one year.
